Personal Computerized Information as a way to deprive individuals of rights and a form of terrorism when used by the State in their official capacity as a health care provider. I researched this at the UN in 1988. Unfortunately, her answer to others is to go to the Agency for Healthcare administration. My experience in the State of Florida is they are part of the problem. I personally followed up with them after the Attorney General forwarded my complaint to them. They responded using “personal computerized information” to intimidate me, shut me up and tell me the insurance company had taken steps to handle it. They had not, I had the same thing happen again.

I’ve had no healthcare in 35 plus years. I fought 3 years for Medicaid, homeless part of the time. I’ve been to the hospital twice almost sepsis because of teeth problems that have to be taken care of or I will die. I have been lied to repeatedly by United Healthcare about the dental program. ModivCare is the NEMT provider for several insurance companies in several states, including Colorado.
Another member of my family with an autoimmune disease has an insurance company in Colorado that uses ModivCare. She also has repeatedly been unable to get healthcare transportation. She has MS.
Transportation to all of the offices I’ve been to in the last 3 years has left me or been hours late getting me there repeatedly. In November of 2022 I was again at the hospital near sepsis. In the next week after that I tested positive with home tests for COVID. Starting in December I was aggressively getting diagnosis for two diseases I know run in my family. I had bloodwork in December 15, 2022. ( I was diagnosed positive for an autoimmune disease that runs in women in my family. In January I had appointments to meet with 3 doctors concerning that test and one doctor, a pulmonary doctor, because I have chronic bronchitis. My chest congestion worsened after the COVID. I was unable to go to any of those 3 doctors because my transportation failed to pick me up. I was made fun of while on the telephone to get their transportation there. I was told they were already at my address but I was not there. I had been standing outside for 2 hours.
A comprehensive timeline is the only way I could describe the times. I have been refused healthcare when I was in desperate need in the past 4 decades. One of thos
e imes would be in 1986 when I went to a Doctor’s office at the Watson Clinic to ask to be examined for possible heart failure. On approx Jan 3rd 1986 I had what appeared to me to be a heart attack. I was ridiculed by the doctor for coming there. He never even gave me an EKG.
The last time I was waiting for a ride that was with one of ModivCare’s contractors I was outside of a Physician’s Group after a test that left me in severe pain – my own fault from not knowing my limits. I was left one hour with no ride and as my phone calls to them continued my stress escalated because the bus system in the town closes down at 4:30. It was after 4pm and I asked an estranged neighbor who works in that town for a ride home. I was hazed with personal information they know about me and later attempted to file my 2nd BBB complaint.
I’m now going to the United Nations with my complaint. It appears that the pattern of corruption is so endemic to the medicare health system that it will never be investigated. The Attorney General of the State of Florida is a woman standing in the JoAnn Fabrics store and is unable to find the pattern department. As various states escalate the opiate crisis and every drug crisis that came after that they forget to tell you how they have never been successful at a prosecution against the health care providers that are obviously committing fraud while contracting with the state. Further, it is easier to put the burden on people who are part of a health system where they are asked to live or to die, literally, on a budget that was determined in the 1980’s and has not been changed.
Whatever you want to call it ..the first week of 2023 I had 2 doctor’s appointments in Brandon and 1 in Lakeland that I could not get to because ModivCare left me without transportation and gave me the run around while I desperately tried to get transportation I am by law required to get. Published here are the phone calls from those 5 days. I fell that week, I continue to have a head/neck pain from that incident. I hit my chin and chest falling straight forward on the floor, not being able to stop myself because of a knee & shoulder injury.

I DON’T KNOW ANYONE IN MOSCOW, I’VE NEVER HAD PHONE CALLS FROM MOSCOW OR ANY PART OF RUSSIA. SO DAY BEFORE I GET LEFT FOR HOURS WAITING FOR RIDES TO DOCTORS, I GET A CALL? This has happened to me once before, my line was switched in Canada it showed up on the phone bill.
This isn’t my story, if you rely on a corrupt medical system driven by the economics and greed of government it’s your story. I’m writing you story about possibly the most corrupt medical system in the United States, the State of Florida.
I write in the morning, I don’t EDIT until the next day…that means I get the idea out first. Ideas are something I have always had in excess…
I grew up with a family in the north, going to work at 10 filing houses in my Realtor/Broker father’s multi list books. A Master Mason dad would raise money for a new member building. leading the way for that group of men to build a children’s hospital. I never had a steady doctor as a child, but I knew many of them from my mother’s fundraising efforts.
Silence is Corruption. I started to take a stand against silence in my Teens and I never looked back. The government that conditioned my mother’s descent into madness in Florida, is the worst State in the US for anyone in need of healthcare. I read that at Public Citizen years ago before I voted for Ralph Nader for President, twice.
I was born in Erie, Pa in 1956 to a mother whose private Catholic education was paid for by other than her poor family. She was very pretty, talented and abused. Her ambitions took her to Washington D.C., where she was conditioned to be even more abused, working in the 1950’s as a civi for an oppressive Navy. Her life was quite remarkable considering this repression, she went on to see the world working for the airlines, marrying a military man who told her he went to Harvard.
In about 1958, two years after my birth I was diagnosed with a Heart Murmur by doctors at Hamot Hospital in Erie, Pa. It was the year of the Asian Flu. I was being flown all over the US, I’ve pics, by my mother. My mom’s annulment had left her divided from her church and mad. I was dragged to stand in long lines to see doctors, by the time I was 4 I was mad too. Although the diagnosis of Heart Murmur, possibly connected to a family history of Rheumatoid Fever, was gone, I had upper respiratory problems as a child the rest of my life. My mother’s next marriage was to UC Berkeley, or ahem a graduate of that college. By the time I was 13 I had read my way through a library of books and was being given Toffler’s Future Shock, Edgar Casey’s case studies. At 14, after being encouraged by my mother to read everything, I started reading Russian novels. When interviewed by the Press at 16 I told them I wanted to study Art History in Europe, my mother had just opened a travel agency…I had been moved to the basement after having my own stem project in my bedroom. My mom said do that downstairs, lucky me. For my 16th birthday I was given a photographic darkroom. For my 65th birthday I bought myself a Raspberry PI. Science…isn’t a gadget it’s on open mind.
